Air screwdrivers are much smaller and more durable than comparable models of power tools. Air screwdrivers have different clutches and drives. Air screwdrivers are divided into screwdrivers with positive clutch, slip clutch, cut-out clutch and direct drive. Different clutches are suitable for different joints. Air screwdrivers with positive clutch and slip clutch are intended for tightening in wood. For drivers with direct drive, tightening with feeling is required. An air screwdriver with a cut-off clutch is suitable for tightening where a specific torque is defined.
