Service of pneumatic tools

For all equipment purchased in our company, we offer a fast, efficient and professional service. We have acquired the knowledge through many years of practice, and we manage newer technologies with the professional help of the service department of our suppliers from abroad, who simultaneously provide us with constant training in their training centres.

In the summer of 1993, the company Žabjek founded its service for constant customer support. Our beginnings were based on pneumatic tools, but we soon started with power tools. Critical spare parts are always in stock.

We are an authorized service centre for Ingersoll Rand tools.

We service the following pneumatic tools:

  • Ingersoll-Rand
  • Dynabryte

You can deliver the tool to the Žabjek service in several ways:

  1. Hand it over personally at the company headquarters.
  2. Give us a call, and we will arrange everything necessary to get the tool to us as soon as possible (against the payment of transport costs if the tool is not under warranty). Shipping costs are calculated according to the valid pricelist of Pošta Slovenije and GLS Slovenia, which provide goods delivery services for us.

Information and advice regarding repairs are available to you by phone at +386 1 42 80 120 from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please call us to service tools from other brands, and we will agree on whether the repair is possible. The service is performed by professional and technically skilled service technicians who have experience in servicing pneumatic tools. Suppose the tool was not purchased from us and is still under warranty. In that case, we do not repair it because it is impossible to repair such a tool later under warranty since unauthorized interventions to the tool by an unauthorized person are prohibited.

Warranty:

When exercising the warranty, the buyer must also enclose with the equipment the warranty certificate and invoice, on which the date of purchase, serial number and warranty period for the individual product are indicated.

The warranty period for the product that the customer sends or brings to Žabjek d.o.o. for repair or replacement under warranty is valid for the period specified on the warranty certificate or in the product instructions. This period begins on the date indicated on the invoice or warranty certificate of the product. Errors and damage caused by improper use of equipment supplied by Žabjek d.o.o. are not covered by the warranty conditions.
