Impact drivers
Ingersoll Rand impact tools are leaders in their field.
They are made in different designs of handles, insert parts (from 1/4" to 2 1/2"), different materials and shapes. Some tools have been specially developed for use for use in harsh industrial conditions.
3 types of impact mechanism operation:
- double impact hammer: greater efficiency than at other impact mechanisms, balanced and short impacts - suitable for both heavy and light tightening.
- Jumbo Hammer: similar to a double impact hammer, with difference that here one hammer is of a simplified shape - the possibility of operation in both directions, direct drive.
- precision impact mechanism with a ball cam perfectly transfers revolutions into impact rectilinear movement – the gear drive ensures an even and constant speed of the motor - proven version.
The 3900 series models are a new generation of 1" and 1 ½" impact wrenches. Their revolutionary shape and durability mean progress.
Three tool sizes, the largest has the torque of 6779 Nm. The new motor with 7 lamellas and a new impact mechanism means a faster and more powerful tool.
Ingersoll Rand also offers tools for work under hazardous conditions. In addition to already existing models of tools that prevent sparking, it also provides a new series of tools made of composite materials with a low possibility of sparking. These tools are marked with ATEX label.
